You will always have a single point of contact – someone who will champion your project, lead all action for you and be right there to offer technical advice whenever you need it. Darren Paul
Darren is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company including inspections, appointment of contractors, service quality and delivery, specifications and tendering and Health and Safety legislation. Darren has been involved with Regent since its formation in 1988. Darren holds a BSc (Hons) degree.
Gail Paul
Gail deals with suppliers, bank reconciliations, banking and general finance work.
Linda Lofthouse
Linda is responsible for assignments, transfers, consents, credit control, sales and general enquiries. Linda has been with the company since 1996.
David Paul (Consultant)
David advises on the general administration of the company, in particular liaison with landlords and management companies. David’s expertise in housing management and residential development is backed by qualifications and experience of the industry gained in local authorities, housing associations and private property companies since 1955.
